Take the first step to improving your buildings energy efficiency with a FREE on-site assessment that identifies energy‑saving opportunities. Plus, during the assessment, energy‑saving products including bathroom and kitchen faucet aerators, efficient showerheads, LED lightbulbs may be installed, also at no cost to you.

Multifamily Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program

Experience next level energy efficiency with a thorough property audit by a BPI (Building Performance Institute) Certified Auditor* who will identify building and system improvements to help reduce energy costs. The auditor will compile a list of building and system improvements or weatherization opportunities such as: air and duct sealing, insulation, heating and cooling system or water heater replacements that do not need extensive engineering work. The auditor will identify upgrades that may qualify for special financing and rebates to make energy efficiency more affordable for you. Program is specific to low-rise (3 stories or less) multifamily buildings.
