How to Participate
- Complete Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program Contractor Agreement – note the areas you want to work
- Execute Contractor Participation Agreement through South Jersey Gas Program to participate in On-Bill Repayment Program
- Provide all required documentation
- NJ business registration certificate
- Company’s license(s)
- Copy of BPI certifications
- Insurance documents (all service territories)
- Receive approval as Participating Contractor
- Receive program details and expectations
- Approval to begin work
